C-TPAT反恐验厂在2013年1月1日开始实施增加以下“消防要求”条例：

1 Does the facility have fire-fighting equipment?

2 Is the fire-fighting equipment well maintained?

消防器材是否有定期进行维修保养？

3 Does the facility have a fire evacuation plan and is it posted throughout the facility?

是否有消防平面蔬散图？

4 Is facility “EXIT” signage posted in local language at all exits?

所有出口是否有“安全出口”标志？

5 Are all fire exits clear of obstructions - not blocked and not locked (fully or partially) to include an aisle or stairwell?

所有出口是否保持畅通无阻-消防通道及楼梯不会阻塞及不上锁？

6 Was a fire drill performed within the past year - and is it documented?

一年内是否有做消防演习记录-及保持消防演习记录？

7 Record the number of fire escapes or unrestricted stairwell exits on each floor of the facility:

各个楼梯出口是否有对消防器材进行定制编号记录。
